Chief Robert Dolan (retired) has over 30 years of experience in law enforcement operations and management. He has held a QPA license (#Q-1742) since 2016. He has been in executive-level law enforcement for over 15 years with the Manchester Township Police Department, serving as the Chief of Police and Director of Public Safety since 2021.
Robert holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Public Manager recognized by the New Jersey Civil Service Commission.
